Butterflies & Flowers
Here are some new pieces that I’ve done recently. The pansy stool is for brand new baby Audrey who now has a stool that matches her big sister Emma’s. Leah’s painting is done on an 8×8 gallery canvas. She loves butterflies and the colours requested were pinks and mauves. I hope it makes you smile Leah!

The Little Mermaid
A lovely Mermaid stool just for Lauren. Made with greens, fuschias and purples as requested. I hope this mermaid makes you smile and makes you imagine diving with dolphins, sipping seaweed tea and sleeping in a soft, giant clam. My daughter, Jessie, was the inspiration for this stool. She has one just like it. She loves all things “mermaid”. A cute book to read your girls if they like mermaids is The Mermaid Sister by Mary-Ann Fraser. I think it can be found at Chapters. Stay tuned for a great new Alphabet stool coming up in a couple of days!

Basketball anyone?
Here is a custom stool I did for a really cool dude. I hope you like it X! When you’re in the NBA I’d like a shout out please. Your stool will be worth a bunch of money when that happens.

Go Leafs Go!!
Here is a custom stool I did for little Cole who loves hockey - especially the Toronto Maple Leafs. Believe it or not, I had to do some research on this because I am so not a “hockey” person. Am I the only one who didn’t know that The Leafs mascot was a Polar Bear?

Welcome to my Blog!
Hi everyone!
Wow! My first post – I’m so excited!
If you learn one thing about me it’s that I love everything that results in expressing creativity. I’m jealous of people who can sew or crochet. I want to scrapbook and decoupage. I want to create jewelry and cool beaded things. I wish I could blow glass and do pottery. I find scrapbook paper and beautiful fabrics so yummy and enticing. It calls my name to do something with it but what? I admire pretty ribbon and cool yarn. I wish I could make my own vinyl decals and design my own invitations and greeting cards. I want to write and illustrate my own childrens book -
the list goes on and on…
Unfortunately, there’s not a bunch of time with 3 kids so I concentrate on my painting which I also love. Here’s an example of some of my stools. For Will who loves animals and all things that go vroom!vroom! For Rachel who loves animals and more animals and for Alexandra who is the perfect little princess.
